

Sonification: Hearing Black Holes, Spiders, and Mycelium
Arachnodrone, an artistic installation, scientific exploration, and a musical instrument opening on September 22 at the MIT Museum is based on a tent-web made by a Cyrtophora citricola spider.
Join us for a performance combining spider web sonification, electronics, and musical improvisation, followed by a panel discussion with MIT scientists and artists.
