Original watercolor depicting a maritime scene of three unidentified ships on a placid blue-green sea. At the center, is a three-quarter, stern view of a corvette sailing ship. Her hull is black and white with a single deck of guns. On her portside, a schooner sails to the left, and even further in the distance, on her starboard side, is a topsail schooner sailing to the right.
