Cavileer of the M.I.T. research staff complete final adjustments on what is believed to be the world's largest very-low temperature refrigerator, newly completed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Designed by Professor Collins, the new 'cryostat' will be used in fundamental research on the properties of materials at liquid helium temperatures.
