Pencil on heavy-weight paper. Drawing on both sides of sheet. Watermark: "J. W. Whatman 1872". Drawing of house on front includes measurements similar part of the house in 1994.046.036. Probably the same house as 1994.046.033. Drawing on back is a sketch of two connecting houses with a note reading "Center of ave to end of new bldg - 23'".
